As the lead developer for iRecruit, an end-to-end matching platform for profiling users and businesses, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the Android app. The platform aims to transform the recruitment process into an effective, efficient, and enjoyable experience for both talent and employers. My role involved leading the development of the app to provide an accurate match between employers and talents.
